Frequently asked questions
How the message is made, how long it takes, what happens if it never arrives, and why we treat devotion carefully.
Is this really the saint speaking?
No, and we have never claimed otherwise. The video is a tribute — an artistic representation, like a plaster statue, a prayer card or a stained glass window. Catholic devotion has always used representation as a path, and that is where Recado Divino places itself.
Are the videos made with artificial intelligence?
They are. The saint's image and voice are recreated with artificial intelligence from the script you write. We say so plainly because whoever receives the gift has to be able to understand what they are seeing — a gift of faith cannot rest on ambiguity.
Is this disrespectful? Is it a sin?
Our intent is the opposite. Every message is written by someone who wants to bless another person, and every script that passes through here is treated with that weight. We do not use the saints in jokes, in offensive content, or in anything that would put them in an undignified position.
Even so, faith is personal. If you feel this format does not fit the way you pray, we entirely respect that — and we would rather you not buy than buy in doubt.
How long does it take to arrive?
Up to 5 minutes after payment is confirmed. How long confirmation takes depends on the payment method you choose.
How does the video arrive?
On the WhatsApp number you give us at checkout, along with your email. The video is yours: keep it, forward it to anyone, post it anywhere.
Can you send it straight to the person?
Today the message comes to you and you hand it over. Many people prefer it that way — you pick the moment and you get to be there when they watch.
What if I don't know what to write?
The order form has a button that drafts the message for you from the recipient's name and the occasion. It is a starting point: the text stays editable, and the message always goes out in your final words.
What if the message never arrives?
You get 100% of your money back. If anything fails in the recording or the delivery, the refund is full — no argument, no fine print.
Will my 90-year-old grandmother understand it?
In practice, yes: the video arrives like any other WhatsApp message and one tap plays it. If she doesn't use WhatsApp, someone in the family can receive it and show it on a phone or a television.
Which languages can the message be recorded in?
Portuguese, Spanish and English. The language follows the page the order was placed on, and not every saint is recorded in all three — each saint's page shows what exists.
How can I pay?
With the payment method used in your country, shown at checkout. In Brazil, Pix or credit card.
