Terms of Use

What you are buying when you order a Recado Divino, the delivery time, the guarantee and how to request a refund.

These terms govern purchases on recado-divino.com, operated by Centrato, based in Brusque, SC — Brasil. By completing an order, you agree to what is written here.

1. What you are buying

A digital video, personalised with the recipient's name and the message you write, produced with artificial intelligence and delivered by WhatsApp and email. The saint's voice and image are artistic recreations, not recordings of real people.

It is a gift. It is not a religious service, not a blessing, and it does not represent any institution of the Church.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown on the page before you confirm the order and varies by country of purchase, not by the language of the page. Payment is processed by Cakto.

3. Delivery time

Delivery usually happens within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. If there is a queue or a technical fault the time may be longer; we will let you know on the WhatsApp number given in the order.

4. Guarantee, refunds and the right to cancel

If the message is never delivered, we refund 100% of what you paid. Ask by WhatsApp or email and the refund is processed through the same payment method.

This is digital content made to your specification. Under Art. 16(c) and (m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, by confirming the order you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the video is delivered. Before delivery, the right to cancel still applies.

5. What you cannot ask for

Messages that are offensive, discriminatory, illegal or sexual, or that put defamatory or false statements about real people into a saint's mouth. We will decline the script and refund you in full.

You are responsible for the text you write, and you confirm you have the consent of the person who will receive the video.

6. Using the video

The video is yours to give, keep and share with whoever you like, including on social media. What you may not do is resell it or use it in third-party advertising.

7. Governing law

Brazilian law applies. Nothing in these terms removes the rights that your own country's consumer protection law gives you.
