Centrato, based in Brusque, SC — Brasil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this site, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for visitors from the European Economic Area and under Brazil's Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD). Contact for the controller: design@centrato.ai.

1. What we collect

To produce and deliver your message: the name of the person ordering, WhatsApp number, email, the recipient's name, and the message you write.

For payment: card details are entered directly in the environment of Cakto, our payment processor, and never pass through our servers. We only receive confirmation that the payment was approved.

For measurement, and only with your consent where consent is required: cookies from Google Analytics, Meta and Microsoft Clarity. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland none of this loads before you agree.

2. What we use it for

The message script and the contact details exist for one purpose: producing the video and delivering it. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Measurement data helps us understand what works on the site and evaluate our advertising. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

3. Who we share it with

With Cakto, to process payment. With Google, which processes the script text to generate the message and, together with Meta and Microsoft, receives the measurement data described above. Each of these is limited to the purpose that created it.

Some of these providers are outside the EEA. International transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses and on the contractual safeguards agreed with each provider.

4. How long we keep it

Order data is kept for the period required by tax and consumer protection law. The message script and the finished video are deleted once they are no longer needed for support or for a possible redelivery.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country. Write to design@centrato.ai. We reply within 15 days.

6. Security and changes

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk. This policy may change to reflect changes to the service or to the law; the date of the last revision is at the foot of this page.
